Our blood composition and pH change regarding what we eat every day according to our own personnal metabolism. 

If we take the example of solanacae, this fruit-familly that hides in the vegetable area... Some people can digest them very easily, some will not tolerate them at all. This motivates personal advice on your food and eating habits. 

Moving
life is movement
 

Let's bring up to date a gym that was long practiced in groups in Asia or Sweden, for example, in school or working places. 

Movement helps blood to circulate and renew properly. Some movements are good to activate and let our organs react better towards external attacks.

Movements intensity and duration will depend on your specific problem. Not everyone's name is Forrest Gump !

Optimize your environment
 

Nowadays, it's very important to fit with our environement or that our environement fits us : kitchen height, shape of your desk, size of your chairs, lefty or righty workspace, etc. Take care Ikea ! 

A non ergonomic position will influence our mechanical balance if repeated several times and will create blocked parts within time.

We're all unique, our genes say it. But we share a common enemy : food is being manipulated more and more each day. With additives, sweetener, aspartame, pesticides, massive antibiotics, etc. all these reknown as being harmful. Just check scientific studies on PubMed for example.

Many people tend to feel negative effects on their body - chronic sore, articular pain, headache, etc. Everybody remember Erin Brokovich ! Yes, it's not inside your head as some people can prentend in order to lower your symptoms. And, even if some drugs must be necessary in some peculiar cases, too many chemicals raise our global inflammation

You already know these molecules modified by chemistry existed long ago in herbs and plants, fruits, vegetables, etc. So, let's go green !
